Exterior Remodeling or Additions

Major exterior remodeling, painting, additions or major landscaping require approval from the Architectural Control Committee. A form can be gotten from the board members or a copy can be downloaded here. All projects must conform to the City of Shawnee regulations and may require permits. Check the Shawnee website at www.cityofshawnee.org. All forms are typically reviewed and returned within five (5) business days.

Pets

Remember to pick up after your pets when walking them. Dogs must be leashed or fenced in and not allowed to roam free. Shawnee will fine offenders.

Nextdoor

Nextdoor is a website that allows you to stay in the know about what’s going on in your neighborhood. It can help you find a last-minute babysitter, learn about upcoming events, or just catch up on what's going on.

Waste & Recycle Pickup

Republic Services is our neighborhood service provider and is included in the annual dues. All trash cans shall be stored inside your garage or out of view from any street.
